Collection, Delivery & Repeat Prescriptions
Short on time, or just not able to get out and about? We can help! Simply download our registration and authorisation form by using the button below, and then send it to us, using our Freepost address which is simply Stewart Pharmacy, or just pop it into a branch, together with the two-part prescription given to you by your doctor. We will ring or email you to confirm that it’s been safely received, and, if you live within 3 miles of Evesham, we’ll deliver your prescription safely to your door within 24 hours upon receipt of prescription. We’re also happy to deliver within a 10 mile radius, but this will be twice a week.

Repeat Prescriptions
Once we have registered you, all you will have to do is contact us one week before your current prescription is up, and we will have our pharmacist make it up for you for collection from your chosen branch or for us to deliver to you.
